Sorry to hear that you are laid up. I hope you have a speedy recovery. Sorry for the slow response. I love the K 1600. Took it out today for more photos and to fill with fuel. That engine is just seductively smooth. I really love the bike but have decided to go a different direction and am purchasing a 2017 RT. I made the mistake of riding one this past spring and fell in love with the size and riding position. Plan on going to McDonough on Wednesday and picking it up. Guess I'll have two in the garage until I sell the K bike.
I don't know if you remember but we met and rode together once on one of the breakfast rides. I work every Saturday now at Cherokee County Toyota in the sales department. Not much time for riding but hopefully we can get together in the future.
